“I absolutely loved the onsen at Livemax Resort Kawaji. As someone who had never experienced a traditional onsen before, this was a real treat! The bathing areas were available for 20 hours a day, and I genuinely appreciated the schedule that allowed for both men and women to experience the different baths. “I was pleasantly surprised at how kid-friendly Livemax Resort Kawaji was! They had a play area and even an arcade room, which kept my children entertained during our stay. We had a great time choosing our yukatas, and even the staff made a special effort to engage with my kids. This made our family experience all the more nice. Staying at Ranryo was truly a remarkable experience. The traditional setting, with tatami mat flooring, added to the charm, and the dining—especially the 10-course dinner—was simply exceptional. While the onsen facilities were great, I found that immersing myself in local culture was far more enriching than navigating the Tokyo scene. The only downside was that the shuttle service was a bit limited, as I wished for more options on excursions.
